Ingredients

  • 1 Ciabatta loaf, about 12 inches long
  • 1 lb. pre-cutting Steak, may be referred to as "Stir Fry" steak. (Can also apply Flank, Skirt or Sirloin)
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper
  • ii sprigs, fresh Thyme, leaves picked
  • 2 sprigs, fresh Flat Leaf Parsley, leaves chopped
  • two-3 Roasted Red Peppers, chopped (I utilize jarred Roasted Red Peppers)
  • Horseradish Sauce, to taste
  • Small handful Baby Foliage Lettuce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven broiler (grill).
  2. Drizzle i - 2 Tbls. Olive Oil, sprinkle Common salt and Pepper and Thyme leaves over your meat and toss around to coat.
  3. On stove top, oestrus your skillet/griddle over medium high heat.
  4. Add meat to hot skillet/griddle, melt for 3-v minutes until it's cooked to your liking.
  5. Slice the Ciabatta lengthwise and lay open up faced in the bottom of the oven.
  6. Chop the Roasted Blood-red Peppers and Apartment Leaf Parsley together and loosely mix.
  7. Ciabatta should be lightly toasted at present, remove from oven and drizzle lightly with Olive Oil.
  8. Spread on Horseradish to gustatory modality.
  9. Meridian with cooked meat, pepper mixture and lettuce.
  10. Serve and Enjoy.
  11. Serves one ravenous person, 2 somewhat hungry people, or up to 4 happy kids
